Conni Wells

Conni Wells is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management, capacity building, intuitive leadership, and resource development. As the Owner and Manager of Axis Group I, LLC since January 2004, Conni Wells has focused on regulatory compliance, organizational sustainability, and leadership development, facilitating grant writing and program management while ensuring strategic alignment with organizational missions. Previously, Conni Wells served as Chief Officer for National Training and Education at United Advocates for Children and Families, managing a national technical assistance program aimed at strengthening nonprofit infrastructures. Additionally, Conni Wells was the Executive Director and founder of the Florida Institute for Family Involvement from 1999 to 2005, promoting responsive care systems for families of children with special health care needs. Conni Wells holds educational credentials from Michigan State University and Eaton Rapids High School.
