Alex Tamayo

Alex Tamayo is the COO at Axis Recruiting Solutions. Alex has over four years of experience in home healthcare, including two years in a management role. Alex has a proven track record in developing referral sources, managing staff, and spearheading new initiatives. Prior to their current position, they worked as an account manager for MGA Home Healthcare, where they were responsible for all daily operations, including patient intake, clinical staffing, and payroll duties. Alex also supervised all internal office personnel, served as the main liaison between internal and external clinical staff, and oversaw the implementation of a new EMR system. In their sales and marketing role, they developed and maintained relationships with referral sources within the medical community, organized and participated in community gatherings, and represented the agency at industry meetings.
