Pamela Summers

Pamela Summers is an experienced human resources professional with an extensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Axis Recruiting Solutions, LLC since July 2019, Pamela previously held the position of HR Manager at Abrams Airborne Manufacturing, managing HR functions for multiple businesses. Additional experience includes HR Manager roles at Northwest Exterminating and Spectra-Physics Lasers, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, employee relations, policy development, benefits administration, and training. Pamela holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Virginia Intermont College and completed high school at the American Community School in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
