Amar Panchal is an accomplished entrepreneur and healthcare professional with a diverse background in business coaching and laboratory technology. As the Founder of Silverback Method since December 2021, Amar focuses on modern business coaching and addressing contemporary workplace culture challenges. Additionally, Amar serves as Co-founder and CEO of Axis Therapy & Performance, emphasizing enhanced healthcare solutions. Previous experience includes high-level leadership roles at Women's College Hospital, overseeing change management for laboratory procedures, and significant contributions at Sunnybrook and Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, where Amar managed complex laboratory operations, implemented automation, and developed quality control protocols.
