Hamdah Shafqat Abbasi is a skilled data scientist with extensive experience in high-throughput image-based phenotypic screening and machine learning. Currently serving as a Data Scientist at NIH / NCATS through Axle Informatics since July 2021, Hamdah previously held a data scientist position at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard from February 2018 to May 2021. Responsibilities included data analysis for novel drug cataloging to combat cancer, large data handling, and developing computational methods for myeloid cell mapping in kidney tissues of Lupus Nephritis patients.
