Tovah Markowitz is a skilled bioinformatics analyst currently working at Axle Informatics since November 2021, with a focus on analyzing ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and RNA-seq data, along with experience in WES/WGS, TCGA data mining, Hi-C, scRNA-seq, and scATAC-seq.
