Jim Norris

Jim Norris has an extensive work experience spanning over four decades. Jim began their career in 1981 as an Engineer at IBM, where they developed precision measurement tools and used statistical process control to save the company 10 million dollars. In 1989, they moved to SGI and held various roles including Process Engineer, QA Engineering Manager, Materials Manager, Business Development Manager and File Serving Market Development Manager. In 1998, they joined Solid Data Systems as an Account Manager, where they exceeded sales quota targeting strategic accounts and developed the messaging market. In 2002, they became the President and Owner of Gearhead Engineering, Inc. In 2003, they became the Vice President of North American Sales at Axmor Software, Inc., where they offered custom-made software development services. In 2008, they moved to Ebryx (Pvt.) Ltd. as the Vice President of North American Sales and in 2018, they joined Apiko as the Vice President of North American Sales. Finally, in 2019, they joined Ratio Software Engineering as the Vice President of North American Sales and in 2022, they are currently the Vice President of North American Sales at Integrality OÜ.

Jim Norris obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University between 1988 and 1989. Jim also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Chico between 1978 and 1980.
