Chad Deville

Chad Deville is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the medical technology and sales sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Business Development Manager for AxoGen, Inc. since March 2018, Chad focuses on enhancing breast reconstruction through nerve connectivity. Prior to this role, Chad was a Senior Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Trainer at Invuity, Inc., where responsibilities included improving surgical visualization techniques, after being promoted from Area Sales Manager in 2015. Chad began a career in the medical field at Stryker, progressing from Associate Sales Representative to Sales Representative between 2008 and 2014, contributing to innovative healthcare solutions. Earlier professional experience includes working as an Account Executive at Comcast Spotlight, where Chad developed marketing strategies for client growth.
