Orlando Merced-O'Neill has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Orlando started their career as a Clinical Recovery Specialist at the University of Florida Tissue Bank in 1992 and worked there until 2000. Orlando then joined the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation as an Organ Recovery Specialist from 2001 to 2002. Orlando became a Surgical Recovery Specialist at Regeneration Technologies from 2002 to 2006. Orlando then joined AxoGen in 2006 and held the position of Manager of Tissue and Medical Services until 2011. In the same year, they also worked as an Associate Director QA at Bone Bank Allografts for a short period.
