Alexandre Castaing

Alexandre Castaing is a seasoned professional in risk management and cybersecurity with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at Axon Advisory & Consulting since July 2022, Castaing also holds positions as Co-chair of the Blockchain/Distributed Ledger working group at the Cloud Security Alliance and Vice Chair of the Digital Strategy Committee at ABBL. Castaing's involvement with ISACA Luxembourg Chapter spans roles as Vice President, President, and Treasurer. Previous experience includes key positions at RBC, where Castaing was the Global Head of Operational Risk for Investor Services and Head of Cyber, Technological, and Fraud Risk in the EU and APAC. Additional roles include Lead IT Inspector at the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier and Manager of Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte Luxembourg. Castaing holds a Master’s degree in General Engineering and Computing with a focus on Information Security from ESIEA and a 2-year degree in Computer Science from IUT de Nantes.
