Omri J. Sharon

Omri J. Sharon has been a Deep Reinforcement Learning Engineer at Axon Vision since 2020. Prior to this, they were self-employed as a Reinforcement Learning Engineer from 2019 to 2020, where they developed, implemented and used RL algorithms for controlling autonomous UAV and built realistic simulators using UE4 for the RL agents to train in. From 2010 to 2019, they were a Teaching Assistant at Bar-Ilan University.

Omri J. Sharon obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Nanotechnology and Superconductivity from Bar-Ilan University in 2011. Omri J. then continued their studies at the same institution, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Nanotechnology and Superconductivity in 2013. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Physics from Bar-Ilan University in 2018.
