Matt Giles

Matt Giles has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Matt is currently the Vice President of People Operations at Axon, where they are focused on reducing gun-related deaths between police and the public. Prior to Axon, Matt was the Vice President of Human Resources at Capsule. Matt also held senior HR positions at Edwards Lifesciences, VMC, Amazon, Lowe's, and Idahoan Foods. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

Matt Giles has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis on HR & Finance from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
