Shane Menchions

Shane Menchions is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Axon since October 2019, Shane leads multiple engineering teams focused on creating an innovative digital evidence platform for public safety. Prior roles include Software Engineering Manager at Capital One, where Shane directed engineering teams developing new financial products, and CTO positions at POSaBIT and PlaceFull, overseeing the development of advanced technology solutions. Shane's earlier career includes leadership roles at Google and eBay, along with co-founding Prospect Interactive Inc. Shane holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University.
