María Curutchet

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Mariana also works as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practiced as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and lectured on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
