Milan Nguyen

Milan Nguyen, CHRL, is an accomplished HR professional with expertise in total rewards, compensation, and HR technology. Currently serving as the Director of P&C Operations and Total Rewards at Axonify, Milan is responsible for designing and implementing global compensation and benefits programs, leading HRIS implementation, and overseeing performance management initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Total Rewards Manager at Hootsuite, Compensation Specialist at Hydro One, and Total Rewards Analyst at Barrick Gold Corporation, where Milan contributed to compensation programming and developed employee recognition initiatives.
