Kobi Shem Tov

Kobi Shem Tov has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Kobi joined Axonius in 2023 as the Director of Engineering. Prior to this, they worked at NICE Ltd from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles including R&D Group Leader for SaaS Platform and R&D Group Leader for On-premise Platform. At NICE Systems, where they worked from 2010 to 2015, they served as a Senior Software Engineer & Scrum Master, Software Engineer, and Automation Engineer. Before that, they worked at SmarTeam as an Automation Engineer from 2007 to 2010. Throughout their career, Kobi has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, software development, performance optimization, and Agile methodologies.

Kobi Shem Tov obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Rishonim High School from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they attended Lev Tov from 1988 to 1994, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
