Lauren Withers

Lauren Withers is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Axonius, with a robust background in recruitment. Previously, Lauren spent over five years at Google, focusing on technical writing and developer relations recruiting, where contributions included process improvements and enhancing the Global Hiring Committee. Lauren also played a key role in the Google Explorer Apprenticeships Program, developing scalable models while collaborating with the Apprenticeships team in Zurich and London. Before Google, Lauren was a Sales Recruiter at Yelp, managing full-cycle recruitment and nurturing talent for the company's sales force. Lauren's career began as a Writing Associate at Lafayette College, supporting students in their writing endeavors. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Anthropology and Sociology from Lafayette College.
