Nadine Dirks

Nadine Dirks has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and control. Nadine is currently working at Axplora as the Head of Quality, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Quality Assurance at Dynamit Nobel GmbH Explosivstoff- und Systemtechnik from November 2020 to October 2022. In 2020, they also worked at Recipharm as the Head of Quality Control & OpEx Quality GER, where they oversaw the laboratory operations and was responsible for various projects and validations. Nadine's earlier roles include being the Head of Quality Control at Aesica Pharmaceuticals GmbH and also the Head of Packaging Material Control. Nadine has prior experience as an Analytical Project Manager at Aesica Pharmaceuticals GmbH as well. Before their pharmaceutical industry experience, Nadine worked as a Scientific Researcher at DWI - Leibniz-Institut für Interaktive Materialien from July 2010 to January 2014.

Nadine Dirks pursued a degree in Lebensmittelchemie at Bergische Universität Wuppertal from 2005 to 2010, and successfully completed their Staatsexamen.
