Lars Aadde has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lars started their career in 1992 as an Editor in Chief-Manager at Bröderna Lindströms Förlags AB, MedströmsGruppen where they successfully launched five new magazines and led the transition to digital production. From 1995 to 2000, they worked at Sony Music Entertainment first as a Senior Product Manager and later as the Director of Strategic Marketing, overseeing various business units and managing a team of seven employees. In 2000, they joined Universal Music International as an International Marketing Manager, responsible for coordinating music releases worldwide. Lars then moved on to Vivendi Universal Entertainment in 2004, where they played a key role in establishing and managing the mobile digital entertainment operations in the Nordic region. In 2009, they took on the role of Managing Director for Sweden at CTS Eventim AG, where their responsibilities included team management, sales, marketing, and business strategy. Lars also had experience as a Partner at Spontano AB, an online marketing platform for entertainment tickets. Most recently, they held roles at Campus Nyköping and AXS, where they served as a Utbildningsledare-Marknadsföring, Musik & Eventarrangörer and later as Business & Client Development Director. Throughout their career, Lars has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as digital marketing, business development, project management, and team leadership.
