Matyas Csonka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matyas started their career as a Bar Staff at MAMA & Company in 2015, and later worked as a Supervisor at Academy Music Group from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they managed and mentored new bar staff. In 2016, Matyas also worked as an Assistant Event Manager at Nambucca.

From 2013 to 2016, Matyas was a Promotion Assistant at Sziget Festival UK, where they contributed to event promotion. Matyas also briefly worked as a PR Assistant at Theo PR in 2016, where they scouted for new music and clients, refreshed the database, and pitched clients' materials.

Matyas gained customer service experience as a Fan Support Agent at DICE from 2021 to 2022, where they responded to customer emails and provided advice. Matyas then joined Rose Pubs Group in 2017 as a Duty Manager, responsible for managing staff, resolving customer queries, and ensuring operational excellence.

Matyas has also pursued a career in the music industry. Matyas worked as a DJ/Promoter at Black Balloons Promotions from 2015 to 2023, and as a Songwriter/Musician on various projects from 2013 to 2023. In this role, they played live at various venues and released original songs.

Most recently, Matyas joined AXS in 2023 as a Client Ticketing Manager.

Matyas Csonka completed their education at Middlesex University from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business & Arts Management, with a focus on Music.
