Rob Somers

Rob Somers has work experience with multiple companies in various roles.

Rob'smost recent position is as a Product Analyst at AXS, starting in May 2022.

Prior to that, Rob worked as a Research and Development Co-Op Intern at PwC from June 2021 to January 2022.

Rob also has experience at DataSoc, where they served as the Entertainment Analytics Sector Lead from July 2021 to December 2021, and as the Data Visualisation Sector Lead from August 2020 to June 2021.

Rob's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from August 2017 to December 2019, and as a Sports Coach at Blackrock College from August 2017 to November 2019.

Additionally, Rob has experience as a self-employed Maths/Physics Tutor from September 2018 to May 2019.

Rob Somers attended Blackrock College from 2011 to 2017, where they received a Leaving Certificate. Afterwards, from 2017 to 2020, they studied at University College Dublin and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science. In 2020, they briefly attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science before transferring to University College Dublin. Rob completed their education journey at University College Dublin from 2020 to 2022, where they achieved a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering with Business. Additionally, Rob Somers holds a certification in Pianoforte at Grade 7 from the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
