Neil Maltby

Neil Maltby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in productivity and workforce management. Currently serving as a Productivity Architect at Axsium Group since January 2014, Neil previously held roles as a Productivity Specialist, Team Leader, and Senior Productivity and Labour Model Consultant. Prior experience at Dixons Carphone from April 2002 to January 2014 included positions such as Productivity Team Manager and Cost and Productivity Manager, where responsibilities included developing the productivity model for retail stores in the UK and Ireland. Neil's career began at Iceland Foods in 1986, progressing from part-time general assistant to Store Manager over the course of 13 years. Neil holds 'A' level qualifications in General Education from Arther Mellows College, completed in 1989.
