Shawn Williams-Hay

Shawn Williams-Hay currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Promotional Review and Marketing Operations at Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Manager of eServices at Astellas Pharma from January 2010 to February 2022, where Shawn managed the Information Systems strategy for external therapeutic digital programs and coordinated efforts across multiple regional and global brand teams with a budget exceeding $600K. Earlier career experience includes a position as Project Manager at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from 2000 to 2010, where Shawn led a team of consultants and a business analyst in supporting various internal departments. Shawn holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
