Liming Zhu

Dr. Zhu joined AXT in March 2001 as a Project Manager in R&D and Process Engineering. He has had several positions in his career with AXT, including Project Manager, R&D, Process Engineering, QA Director, Vice President of Quality, Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales and Vice President of Asia Pacific Technical Support. He first joined AXT at our Fremont, CA location, and in 2007 moved to Beijing. Prior to joining AXT, Dr. Zhu performed post-doctoral research at Lund University in Sweden and was a research fellow at Dusseldorf University in Germany. Dr. Zhu assists in many technical reviews with customers and AXT management, and is widely known for his responsiveness to our customers.

Dr. Zhu earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Nanjing Science & Technology University, China, in 1990.
