Vladimir Galvan has extensive experience in network operations and service performance management, currently serving as the Network and Services Performance Evaluation Manager at Axtel since April 1999. Throughout their tenure at Axtel, Vladimir has progressed through various roles, including Operations Efficiency Coordinator, Performance Analysis Engineer, Business Services Maintenance Engineer, and Business Process Specialist, focusing on performance evaluation, key performance indicators, and customer service enhancement. Prior to Axtel, Vladimir worked as a Network Maintenance Engineer at Alestra and a Product Engineer at Eastman Kodak. Vladimir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and has pursued further education at Tecnológico de Monterrey and The Johns Hopkins University.
