Most recently, Asheesh was the Global Head for Sales Performance Management with Cognizant, and helped top tier companies design, implement and administer motivating incentive plans aligned with corporate and business strategy. Under Asheesh’s leadership the practice grew to serve Top Tier firms with effective cloud computing innovation that pioneered business processes as a service. As a thought leader, Asheesh was a speaker in key conferences and managed an Industry Advisory Board for Cognizant’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.
