Bhoomi Lad's work experience includes:

- Currently working as a Project Lead - Decision Scientist at Axtria - Ingenious Insights since June 2022.

- Worked at adidas from January 2022 to May 2022, where they were involved in Capstone, Applied Project, and Research Project.

- Worked at Fractal Analytics from October 2019 to August 2021 as a Decision Scientist, where they led the team in an E-commerce project for an American multinational snack food company. Bhoomi also developed sales forecasting models and stock availability trends.

- Previously worked at Fractal Analytics from April 2018 to September 2019 as an Analytics Consultant, where they worked on Supply Chain - Sourcing projects and developed dashboards for inventory analysis and logistics.

- Started their career at Fractal Analytics in June 2016 as an Associate Analyst, where they developed reports, automated manual processes, and worked on Marketing Mix Modelling projects.

Bhoomi Lad completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2021 to 2022.
