Vineet Sandill

Vineet Sandill serves as the Principal and Midwest Lead at Axtria - Ingenious Insights since July 2019, following a significant tenure at Genpact where Vineet has held multiple leadership roles since February 2007, including Vice President of Global Relationship for Life Sciences. Vineet managed a $78 million portfolio for Genpact's Life Sciences vertical, achieving notable successes such as a $100 million five-year total contract value deal, and consistently growing account revenue. Additional responsibilities included leading change management, transitions in Banking and Financial Services, and operational management across various projects. Prior experience includes operations leadership roles at GE Money Australia and earlier positions at Genpact. Vineet holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and completed high school with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Summer Fields School, New Delhi.
