Damien Ferriol

Damien Ferriol has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 1998 as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Convergys. Damien then worked at Keyrus as an HR Business Partner from 2000 to 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they served as an HR Director at SEGULA Technologies, where they focused on managing external growth and crisis prevention. Between 2011 and 2013, Damien worked as an HR Director at Oodrive, implementing effective HR policies to support the company's significant workforce growth. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Senior HR Business Partner at The MathWorks. Damien then joined Axway, initially working as an HR Business Partner from 2015 to 2016, followed by being a Senior Director HR from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Damien holds the role of VP HR EMEA at Axway, where they contribute to the company's digital transformation by connecting individuals, systems, businesses, and ecosystems.
