Patrick Donovan

Patrick Donovan is the current Chief Executive Officer at Axway. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Finance at iCrossing from January 2006 to December 2007. In this role, they led finance and accounting teams and was responsible for completing initial audits, due diligence, valuations, and integrations for targeted acquisitions in Europe and the US. Patrick also implemented a new financial system to replace the legacy system. From January 1997 to December 2004, they were the Director of Finance at Optika. In this role, they led the finance and accounting organization of a NASDAQ-listed company and worked with the executive team and Board to pilot the company. Patrick was also responsible for performing due diligence and integration for one targeted acquisition, raising $15 million in PIPE funding to fund a new product launch, and implementing a new financial system. In 2004, they became the General Accounting Manager at Western Pacific Airlines and held this position until 2006.

Patrick Donovan has a Bachelor's in Accounting from Arizona State University and an MBA in Finance from University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
