Olufisayo Duduyemi, FCA has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Starting in 2003 as a Program Trainee at NYSC, they then worked as a Commercial Analyst at Victory Nigeria Enterprises from 2004 to 2006. They then moved to Stanbic IBTC as an Internal Audit Supervisor for a brief period in 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Nestle Nigeria Plc as a Business Unit Analyst, providing financial insight and support to the Business Managers. In 2008, they joined Oando Plc, where they initially served as a Business Development Officer for Oando Gas & Power, responsible for generating leads and developing new ventures. They later became the Strategy & Planning Manager for Oando Gas & Power, where they played a pivotal role in setting up structures and tools for strategic management and led various corporate development efforts. They also led capital raising, investment decision support, M&A deals, and a corporate restructuring/divestment program. In 2016, they joined Axxela as the Strategy/Corporate Services Executive, and later, in 2019, became the Chief Strategy Officer.
Olufisayo Duduyemi, FCA has a diverse education history. In 2008, they earned an MBA degree in Finance from Obafemi Awolowo University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the same university. Olufisayo later pursued executive education at the London Business School, focusing on Finance. Duduyemi also attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for executive education in Corporate Financial Strategy. In 2019, they completed the Strategy Executive Programme at INSEAD and in 2020, they took a course in Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, they completed executive education in Design Thinking & Creativity for Business at INSEAD. Duduyemi has obtained several certifications, including Creating and Managing Strategic Alliances from Kellogg Executive Education and Associate Chartered Taxation Institute (ACTI) from the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Olufisayo is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and has a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
