Rhianna Watson

Rhianna Watson has extensive experience in recruitment and management, currently serving as Associate Vice President and previously Senior Director of Locums Recruitment at Aya Locums since October 2021. Prior to this role, Rhianna held various senior positions in recruiting at Staff Care from April 2011 to October 2021, including Senior Director and Director. Rhianna also worked at ADP as District Manager from April 2010 to April 2011 and spent time at the Texas Rangers Baseball Club in positions such as Account Executive and Inside Sales Representative from January 2006 to April 2010. Rhianna Watson earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Management and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, between 2001 and 2006.
