Virginie Sayag is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in M&A and Private Equity. Currently serving as Counsel at AYACHE since September 2021, Virginie previously held the position of Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from January 2011 to May 2021. Prior legal internships took place at Linklaters, LVMH, and Norton Rose Fulbright. Virginie obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law, a CAPA from Paris Bar School, and Master 2 degrees in Business Law and Taxation as well as in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
