Robert Baffrey

Robert Baffrey is the Chief Operating Officer at Makati Development Corporation (MDC) with extensive experience in project management, environmental engineering, and civil engineering. Robert has held various leadership positions at Manila Water and other engineering firms, demonstrating expertise in wastewater operations, project delivery, and environmental remediation. Robert holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
