Jacob Israel Rivera is an experienced operations and management professional with a diverse background in retail and food service. Currently serving as an Operations Associate Manager at Ayala Malls since February 2023, Jacob has previously held positions such as Assistant Mall Manager at WalterMart Shopping Center and Area Manager at both Sílantro Fil-Mex Cantina and Puzzles: Board Game Lounge.
