Michael Fantonial

Michael Fantonial is an experienced building engineer with a strong background in facility maintenance and equipment management. Currently working at Ayala Malls since November 2019, Michael conducts daily inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance standards and implements preventive maintenance programs. Previously, from July 2016 to March 2018, Michael served as a building engineer at Filinvest Alabang, Inc., where responsibilities included monitoring various building systems and assisting in the performance review of service providers. Michael began a career in engineering as a field engineer for electrical systems at Tsuneishi Heavy Industries (Cebu) Inc. from July 2013 to September 2014. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of San Carlos, completed in 2012.
