Mousa Al Atiyat has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Mousa started their career in 2018 as a Culinary Intern at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where they gained valuable experience in a high-end hotel setting. In 2019, they joined Café Aziz as a Business Manager and was mentored and trained by Pastry World Champion Chef Yazid Ichemrahen.

Continuing their career, Mousa served as a Top Chef S4 Contestant at MBC Group, showcasing their culinary skills on a popular television show. Mousa then joined W Creative Kitchen (W Café & Lounge) in 2019, initially as the Head of Pastry, managing all operations of the pastry and bakery section. Later, they became the Head Chef of both the hot kitchen and pastry kitchen, leading a team and ensuring high-quality menus.

In 2020, Mousa worked as the Head Pastry Chef at Zimi, demonstrating their expertise in creating a wide range of pastries and desserts. Mousa then joined Innovative Concepts Company Limited in 2021, initially as a Business Development Manager specializing in the food and beverage industry. Here, they monitored industry trends, generated leads, and implemented business development strategies.

Mousa also served as a Co-Founder and Regional Culinary Advisor at foodnas in 2021, where they contributed to the company's culinary growth and development. In 2022, they took on the role of QA and Guest Experience Manager at Innovative Concepts Company LTD., responsible for creating and managing quality assurance processes and improving product and service consistency.

Most recently, Mousa joined Flavour Edge Consulting as a Culinary Consultant in 2022, leveraging their expertise to provide culinary guidance and assistance to clients. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Culinary and Business Development at AYAN HOLDING, overseeing the brand image and developing operational policies and procedures.

Throughout their career, Mousa Al Atiyat has proven their ability to excel in various culinary roles, with a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Mousa Al Atiyat's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at the University of Jordan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems (BIS).
