Jonathan Dubos

Jonathan Dubos is an experienced professional with expertise in project and technical management across multiple sectors, including aerospace, public transport, and industrial engineering. Currently serving as Work Package Leader at Ascent Aerospace and Team Leader at AYES Consulting since February 2023, Jonathan has a proven track record in translating customer needs into specifications, managing electrical components, and leading teams to maintain company values during growth. Previously, as an Electrical Industrialization Methods Engineer at SAFRA Public Transport, Jonathan oversaw the electrical aspects of hydrogen bus projects and implemented continuous improvement strategies.
