Yunior Concepcion

Yunior Concepcion is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant and bar management. Currently serving as the Outlet General Manager at Ayla Oasis since March 2023, Yunior oversees operations and enhances guest experiences. Prior roles include Restaurant General Manager at Alibi Restaurant & Bar and District Urban Rooftop, where Yunior coordinated all aspects of operations while ensuring profitability and high service standards. As Restaurant and Bar Manager during the pre-opening of Alibi Restaurant & Bar, responsibilities included menu development and team training. Additionally, Yunior held various positions at W Hotels, including Assistant Beverage Manager and Head Bartender, and began a career in hospitality at Marriott Hotels as a Bartender and Server. Yunior holds a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Matanzas.
