Ellis Kotey Ashie

Ellis Kotey Ashie is a seasoned professional with fourteen years of expertise in sales and marketing, corporate sales, micro insurance, telecommunication, and branding. Currently serving as Sector Manager at aYo Intermediaris Ghana since February 2018, Ellis has a strong background in agent supervision and general management from the previous role as Agent Manager at MILVIK (BIMA) from November 2011 to December 2017. Responsibilities included performance management, training, real-time monitoring, and coaching regional supervisors. Ellis holds a degree in Marketing from African University of Communication College (2016-2019) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.
