Kulpam Peshin

Kulpam Peshin is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President & Head of Sales at Ayu Health since August 2023, Kulpam drives referral, visiting consultant, and international business for the Ayu Network of Hospitals. Previously, as Vice President and Business Head at PharmEasy, Kulpam was responsible for building and scaling the offline franchise network to over 300 centers. Experience also includes leadership roles at Lenskart.com, IndiaMART, TaxiForSure, Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd., and NDTV, where Kulpam has consistently achieved significant growth, oversaw major expansions, and led innovative revenue-generating initiatives. Kulpam holds a PGDM in Sales and Marketing Operations from IIM Indore and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
