Maxence Defontaine

Maxence Defontaine is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing communication strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Communication and Content Manager at Ayuda en Acción since February 2022, Maxence focuses on positioning, communication campaigns, content planning, and internal communication. Prior experience includes the role of External & Internal Communication Officer at Acción contra el Hambre from November 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included press relations and emergency communication, alongside project management and awareness campaigns. Additionally, Maxence worked as a Communication Officer for the Rabat Process at the Fundación Internacional y para Iberoamérica de Administración y Políticas Públicas from March 2013 to September 2015, addressing challenges in migration through a project funded by the European Union. Maxence holds a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Multilingual Communication.
