Wendy Diaz

Wendy Diaz is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in immigration and family law. Currently serving as a SIJS/Family Law Staff Attorney at Ayuda since August 2019, Wendy provides legal representation to low-income immigrant clients in Special Immigrant Juvenile status cases and advocates for survivors of domestic violence in Maryland courts. Prior roles include Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Randell C. Ogg, where legal research and support in litigation cases were key responsibilities, and Pro Bono Paralegal and Translator at Legal Services of Northern Virginia, focusing on client interviews and document organization for divorce cases. Wendy also gained early experience as a Legal Assistant and Bank Teller, showcasing strong client service and administrative skills. Wendy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Marymount University.
