Elena Raya

Elena Raya is a highly experienced architect, currently serving as a municipal architect in the Urban Planning Department of Ayuntamiento de Granada since November 2018. Previously, Elena worked with Diputación de Almería from January 2009 to November 2018, providing urban planning advice to municipalities and preparing various planning documents. Before this, Elena was an autonomous architect and co-founder of ARG arquitectura, undertaking multiple projects including residential rehabilitation and commercial spaces. Elena's career also includes roles at Ayuntamiento de Granada, where technical reports for urban planning were prepared, and as a director of a training program in Trevélez. Elena holds multiple degrees from Universidad de Granada and has specialized training in risk prevention.
