Aditya Kumar is a co-founder of OneEarth Foundation, dedicated to bringing sustainable harmony to Earth. Aditya is also a co-founder of Ayya Waste Management, focusing on providing waste management solutions. Previously, Aditya was a plant manager at 21 Century Polymers, specializing in solid waste management and recycling. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from I.T.M University, Aditya has experience in project planning, operations, and community development.
