Silvania Carvalho has over 15 years of diverse experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Gerente de Gestão Humana at AZ Tecnologia em Gestão since August 2008, where responsibilities include restructuring HR subsystems and developing talent attraction and performance management strategies. Prior roles at AZ Tecnologia also included Gerente de Projetos, focusing on software development processes, and Analista de Suporte, managing customer relations. Silvania has academic qualifications in Business Administration, Accounting, and Systems Analysis from Estácio and other institutions, along with a specialization in People Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
