Erica Monarrez

Erica Monarrez has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Erica is currently the Managing Director at AZAD Technology Partners since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at THAXTON BARABE - Defining Healthcare Leadership from 2012 to 2021. At THAXTON BARABE, they held the positions of VP of Interim Leadership from July 2018 to November 2021, and Director of Interim Leadership from April 2012 to July 2018. Before joining THAXTON BARABE, Erica worked at Kaiser Permanente as Talent Acquisition from June 2011 to April 2012.

Erica Monarrez has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications and Business Administration from Portland State University. Additionally, they have obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Transformance Advisors Inc.
