Bilkis Rodemade is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at AZA Finance since December 2021, while also holding the position of Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition at Paxful since October 2020. With prior experience as a People Operations Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at AZA Finance, Bilkis has a strong background in supporting employee relations, recruitment processes, and talent acquisition. Earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Associate and Senior Business Operations Associate at BitPesa, along with administrative roles in governmental agencies, contributing to a diverse skill set in operations, compliance, and administrative support.
