Paul Formanski has over 15 years of professional experience in the technology industry. In 2019, they began working at TEKsystems as a Sr. Practice Architect. From 2018 to 2019, they were Co-Founder and Chief Cloud Architect at Azana Tech, where they architected data-centric transformational projects, established modern data platforms, and improved processing capabilities. From 2012 to 2018, they were Data Architect at CareerBuilder, where they provided technical leadership and evaluated emerging data and cloud technologies. From 2008 to 2012, they were Business Intelligence Solution Architect at PERSONIFIED LLC (Careerbuilder), where they led the development of innovative BI solutions and monetized aggregate data resources.
