Gudrat Babayev

Gudrat Babayev currently serves as the Head of Network Planning at Azerbaijan Airlines since March 2023, previously holding the positions of Deputy Head of Network Planning and Project and Transformation Manager within the Strategic Development Department. In this role, Gudrat focuses on developing and implementing change management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and manage organizational transformations. Prior to Azerbaijan Airlines, Gudrat worked at Pepsi Bottlers Azerbaijan as a Financial Modeling Expert from November 2022 to March 2023 and held various financial analysis roles at Bravo Supermarket Azerbaijan from September 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included financial planning, analysis support, and solution implementation for business challenges. Gudrat holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, completed between 2011 and 2015.
